Made during a drawing trip to the Isle of May during seabird breeding season. These charismatic seabirds are always challenging to draw in amongst the hustle and bustle of a breeding ledge. The cliffs drop dramatically down to the expansive waters of the Forth Estuary as it opens into the North Sea.
