Shadows and reflections,
I wanted to make a screen print that captured the essence of my time spent on the Lymington Reserve. The wonderful quality of the water – with its ever-changing shadows and reflections was such a source of inspiration. Along with the dynamic weather moving over the forested edge of the Reserve and of course the flora and fauna. The ever-present Little Egret dabbling in the shallows, the Hawks-beard I had grown so fond of and the marks of the cuckoo call which echoed in my head each evening long after I had left the Reserve.
